What a Workwell session is.

A session is a focused, private conversation between a member and a Guide. It is not therapy, not consulting, and not coaching in the formal sense. It is a real conversation with an experienced professional who is here to listen, offer perspective, and support you in thinking through what you’re navigating.

For members:

Come prepared. You don’t need a formal agenda, but knowing what you want to explore helps.

Be honest. The more context you share, the more useful the conversation.

Respect your Guide’s time. If you need to cancel, do so with reasonable notice.

Engage in good faith. Guides are here to support you — not to be tested, challenged, or used for validation.

For guides:

Show up ready. Review any context shared ahead of the session.

Listen before advising. Your role is to support thinking, not to direct it.

Stay in your lane. If a member’s needs go beyond what a Workwell session can offer, say so clearly and kindly.

Keep it professional. This is not a networking opportunity or a business development channel.

  • Certification Gatekeeping

You do not need formal coaching credentials. You need real experience and the self-awareness to use it well.

  • Consulting or Billable Hours

This is not a consulting marketplace. Guides are here to support, not to sell.

  • Hot Takes

This is real context and thinking from real professionals - not performance.
