Refund policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Workwell Collective does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. To request a refund, contact hello@workwellcollective.ca with details of your situation. Workwell Collective reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.
Workwell Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms, the Session Guidelines, or the Confidentiality Standards. In cases of serious misconduct, no refund will be issued.
